Every single BFT session has a unique target PXI score, calculated and tested by the BFT Programming Team.
To achieve the target PXI score, and more importantly the optimal results/adaptations, members will be specifically rewarded for following the heart rates prescribed for BFT in-studio sessions.
No two progressions of the same program will have the same PXI target. It’s all about following the prescription; the results will follow!
How accurately you adhere to the prescribed heart rate zones in a particular session, and therefore how close you get to the target PXI score, will determine your post-session reward.
BFT³ rewards heart rate zones, not just high heart rates. Different exercises/prescriptions have different physiological outputs! Follow the prescription for each individual exercise and achieve the optimal result. The desired HR response for a cardio class is not the same as a strength class.
